PRE-ORDERS

All pre-orders are sent once the stock arrives even if partial order is on hand. Should the customer wish to receive partial order ahead of the pre-order styles please contact hello@templesister.com.au and we can organise a separate shipping invoice. 

SALE / PROMOTIONS

No refunds or exchanges are accepted on sale goods. This includes SAMPLE SALE pieces and FLASH sale. Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. No credit note will be provided for sale items.

Prices are shown in Australian Dollars and will be charged in aud. Temple Sister list products for sale on its website as indicated. Whilst we use our best endeavours to fulfil such orders, we cannot be held responsible if the products are not available at a given point in time. Payment is only accepted by means of the credit card types as shown and paypal. we are unable to process any other payment form.
