Shipping
We ship all packages in 2-3days of receipt of order, (excluding weekends and public holidays).
PRE-ORDERS
Any order placed with pre-order items will only be shipped once all items in the order are in stock. You do however have the option to have the available items shipped separately, at an additional shipping fee of AU$11. If you would like to arrange partial shipment, please contact us at hello@sundri.com.au

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- All domestic/national orders are sent standard flat rate of $10 and express $14
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking number when items are sent
From our warehouse domestic/national orders will be sent via Australia Post. We offer Parcel Post (3-5 bus. days, metro) and Express Post (1-2 bus. days, metro). Regional orders can vary and ETA may be an additional 3-5 bus. days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- All international orders are sent Via Australia Post at a flat rate of $45
- New Zealand orders at a flat rate of $25
We use AUS Post International Post Standard (7 bus. days) and AUS Post Express Merch (3-5 bus. days). The estimated delivery time-frame varies depending on the country as well as customs clearance processes.
AUS Post hands the international parcels over to the recipient's local post office (i.e.: Royal Mail (UK), Correos (Spain), Poste Italian (Italy), Deutsche Poste (Germany), Japan Post Co (Japan), etc).

DUTIES AND TAXES
The recipient will be liable for any local duty, tax and/or other import costs on orders. Any potential fees are out of our control. Communication with customs to clear shipments are the receiver's responsibility.
Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to SUNDRI in order to receive a refund.
Refunds in reference to the purchased goods will only be issued once return orders have been received. The actual shipping cost won't be refunded in this case.
